A Care and Share Team (CAST) is made up from the covenant community members. Each team ranges in size from eight to twelve members. The small group setting enables the gifts of the Spirit to grow.

All sharings are held to within the group.

 A new person that wants to visit or join a CAST must be attending or has completed the Come and See Program  and attend the Wednesday community meetings.
