Mr. Thomas Johansing
President
Tom has been involved with the Lighthouse Renewal Center since 2009. Tom became a member in November of 2011.
He is the Director of the Music Ministry and a Member of the Pastoral Team of Lighthouse and is on the Board of Directors.
Tom is a member of St. Ignatius Parish in Monfort Heights. Tom has been married to Janet, who is also a member of Lighthouse, for 38 years and has 3 grown children and 6 grandchildren. Tom is a real estate agent and has served our community as a Realtor for over 38 years.
Mrs. Rita Carmosino
Vice President
Rita has been involved with Lighthouse since 1996.
She first was introduced to the Charismatic Renewal in 1973.
Last worked for a Catholic Church as secretary and then office manager for 11 years.
Have been working at the Lighthouse office since 2023 and as of May 1, 2024 was made co-director.
Mrs. Janet Johansing
Secretary
Janet Johansing is a co-director for the Lighthouse Renewal Center.
She has been a member of Lighthouse for over 20 years and has served in various capacities.
She is married to Tom Johansing, who is also a member of Lighthouse. Together, they have three daughters and son-in-laws and six grandchildren.
Janet and Tom are members of St. Ignatius Church. Janet also serves as a secretary for the Board of Directors.
Fr. Richard Dressman
Chaplan
Is a native of Cincinnati.
He has been a member of Lighthouse Community since 1981, serves as a Board Member of Lighthouse Renewal Center and as chaplain of Lighthouse Community.
Father Rick retired as of March 31, 2019. He also serves as liaison for the southern region of the Archdiocese of Cincinnati between Archbishop Schnurr and the Catholic Charismatic Renewal.
Mr. John Kosey
Treasurer
A retired Accountant with over 37 years experience in the financial field.
John became a member of the community in 1986, by making the Life in the Spirit Seminar and completing the Come and See Prorgam. John also serves on the Pastoral Team and is a Care and Share Team leader.
John has been married to Diane for 56 years and has two children and five grandchildren.
He took over the Treasure/Secretary duties upon the retirement of Jerry Imsicke in 2022.
Mrs. Eileen Ficher
Administrative Assistant
Eileen is retired with over 38 years of experience working in the health insurance field.
She and her husband, Dan Fischer, have been married for 26 years and have two children.
Eileen completed her Life in the Spirit Seminar in 2022 and Come & See Program in 2023. She is a member of the Grateful Hearts CAST.
She began her assignment of Administrative Assistant in February 2024.
Sr. Christine Edwards, S.F.P.
Director
Sister Christine Edwards a Franciscan Sister of the Poor is originally from Indianapolis, Indiana.
She was baptized in the Holy Spirit in 1962 and has been involved in the Charismatic Renewal since 1969. She is Co-Founder and Director of Lighthouse Community and serves as President Emeritis of Lighthouse Renewal Center.
Better known as Sr. Chris, she also serves as Chairperson of the Regional Service Team for the Catholic Charismatic Renewal in the Archdiocese of Cincinnati and the Diocese of Covington, KY since 1996. She has also served on the Council of the National Service Committee of the Catholic Charismatic Renewal for 9 years.
